So far, has been a great improvement from my MFC-J4420DW. I like the fact I can print ledger paper from the tray rather than the bypass. I also enjoy the quality of the prints and the ease of use.

Very economical and the amount of prints per ink cartridge are a blast. Very happy with functions I use it as fax, scanner, copy machine, and printer in the office connected in a network with Point of Sale, computers and sever without a problem.

Good reliable thrifty printer

I love most everything about this printer except one thing. To get to the paper tray to refill paper you have to printer apart and put it back together. There is a feed out tray that you have to take out and put back in and if you do not get it back in right your print job will mess up. Other than that I love this printer. I can get high quality prints at a low per page cost.

While large, this printer is the perfect complement of features for a home office. The 11x17 printing is invaluable. The biggest compliment I can give is how easy it is to set up.
