Great features and quality

Best ink-jet printer I've ever owned. Great quality printing, even in draft mode. Scanner is very good and allows scanning documents that other all-in-1 won't handle.

It is not easy to print from tray 2 or MP tray

It is not easy to print from tray 2 or MP tray.
When printing from PC, there is no easy choices to choose which tray to print. I have to go to control panel to find the printing preferences to select paper source, in order to print from tray 2 or MP tray. Too troublesome. And, some time it does not work. Very frustrating.

New Office Printer

So far so good. Everything seems to be working flawlessly. I am replacing this Brother printer with an older Brother model. We are interested to see if we save money with the advertised high-capacity ink cartridges. The scanner and copier are working very well. So far, the printer is giving us excellent service. Time will tell!

Love it, my only complaint is set up... the printer part was easy but the scanner was not but did get it all working and I'm very please...
