Great printer

This printer boasted everything that our small business needed. Scan and print multiple pages. Ledger size copies and printing as well. So far ink is holding up well. Ice printed a lot and still have lots of ink. Printer is very user friendly too!

This printer is WONDERFUL. Great quality combined with convenient features like the second paper drawer and 11X17 paper capability. Surprisingly good photo quality. What more could you ask for in a giant of a printer?

The reset time between making copies is much shorter now than previous
Brother All-in-one models that I've owned. The manual paper feed in the back is much easier to set and holds that setting. I love that it can handle the ledger paper size (11 x 17). The touch screen is also a plus. It makes it easier and faster for project setups.

Disappointing

I purchased this and was skeptical because I do a fair amount of printing and did not want to be buying ink every few weeks. It claims it prints Black up to 3000 pages???? I have gone through one ream at 500 pages and need to replace my ink, so it is not even close to the 3000 pages it claims too. This may be good for a home printer but not a small business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a small Epson Work Force printer and needed a printer that could scan and print ledger size paper 11"X17". I did my research and picked Brother printer. It has printed and scanned everything perfectly. It was easy to set up and I like the ink is replaced from the front so you don't have to lift up the top to get at the ink cartridges. I did like the scan interface on my Epson better but I have been able to figure out how to get what I need. I also wish it was available in black. So far it seems really easy on ink.
