I bought because it has a separate tray in back for envelopes but it ONLY prints no 6 envelopes. For no 10 envelope wants me to put the envelope down in the paper tray. That is cumbersome for me each time I print a single envelope/
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This brother printer is an all in one, wireless Inkjet printer. When the printer was shipped to my house, I was surprised to find a VERY large box on my front steps. It was difficult and cumbersome to bring inside my house, but once I got it inside and removed the boxes, the printer inside of the large boxes was a manageable size. The directions and instructions to asssmble were very clear and I was able to figure out how to easily set it up and get the ink cartridges in. The wireless aspect was extremely easy to set up and the printer immediately showed up in my wireless network on my phone. I printed some documents right from my phone and was impressed to find the printer popping right up in my network without even doing anything except for turning on the printer. When I used the printer, the documents printed VERY quickly, faster than any other printer I`ve used. One of the most impressive features of this product is that it comes with extra ink cartridges. It also seems to use up less ink and may be more environmentally friendly than other printers. I give it 2 thumbs up. My only criticism was the largeness and cumbersome packaging.

A bit more expensive than other brands of similar features. Good print quality. Seems better built. Only thing do not like is the number of rings you can set for incoming fax.. Should br 5 or six. This unit max is 4.

we had a small hp printer for home and now that i print our church's Sunday bulletins and news, the Hp just wasn't big enough. I bought this to use to print the bulletins and couldn't be happier. It runs smoothly and prints out a lot before I have to change the ink. So happy that I decided to get this one. Thank you

Pretty Good So Far

Haven't really had a chance to put the printer through all of it's paces yet, but seems to work fairly well. The thing I've noticed so far is there is a considerable lag between the time the print key is hit on the PC and the time the printer responds and then finally starts to print. Print quality is pretty good but not as good as the previous brand I had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brother has achieved a design milestone . To be able to scan and print up 11 x 17 is feature in itself . The written direction on setting it up for scanning could be made easier . Other than that it is outstanding , including it's low comsumption of printing ink .
