[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. This is a large, heavy, cumbersome machine. One needs to keep that in mind if you have a lot of stairs etc or if you need to fit it in a computer armoire. It was a relatively easy experience with the set up. The printing speed and the print quality are good. The 11x17 print capability is a great feature. The notification sounds are a bit noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. Printer was very easy to set up out of the box. Took a couple of tries to get all of the computers to hook up to the printer via wifi. Once connected it printed quickly. After about 15 minutes it would go to sleep and you would have to physically turn it back on for it to print.
My favorite part is all of the computers can hook up to this printer. We had currently been using an Epson Work Force 2260, for each computer. It this a better solution to what we had? Not really. It takes up more space than what we were use to, but overall it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOts of trouble

I am having a great deal of difficulty. This is my first Brother printer. The photo quality is very poor. I cannot make a copy and have the entire page show. It cuts off edges. I tried to scan and it does the same thing.

Disappointed with color. B&W excellent

I liked the .black and white bit was very disappointed in the color. It was light, streaked and faded. I returned and went back Canon.

Not recommended for multiple users

This printer is good for home use where the user is pretty much right next to it. Can't double sided copy from the computer. You would have to go to the printer, load up the paper, print, and then switch paper over to print on the other side. If you print odd pages and then even pages, It will skip page numbers messing your whole work up. I wouldn't recommended again for office use or where multiple user would share the printer.

Called the number listed oin your web site to report a problem with this printer and got someone from India wh told me the only way to fix the printer problem was to pay them to fix my new Lenova laptop
