Firmware issues

I enjoy being able to print from any device that I have including my cell phone and tablets. Quite frequently it asks me to update the firmware for which I’m never established a password and that issue has yet to resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love This Printer

Great printer. Print quality and consistency is excellent. I like the shortcut feature that allows storing specific setups that can be recalled in one touch. The build quality is very good with solid feeling. Also ink usage is much more efficient than my previous brand X printer. My only complaint is a lack of scanning preview mode to crop a document prior to scanning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WIFI Connection.......lost.....again!!!!!

This printer, when it hasn't lost connection to my WIFI, prints well but it consistently loses WIFI connection. I need to speak with a techie ASAP but canot find a contact phone number

I read the reviews and bought the printer. I like the functionality although it has short falls. If you have more than 5 different pages to print in the cue it gets confused and has an error. The paper tray for printed jobs is awkward and drops papers on the floor. You have to baby sit this machine to get the job done.

Everything is wonderful, except for one minor issue. The printer insists on defaulting to the multipurpose paper tray, which is not what I want. Each time I print I must change the paper tray setting. I will keep trying to figure this out.

Haven't had enough time to properly set it up for the wireless printing. Had problems with not being able to print from emails. The quality is great but the learning curve for me has been long, admittedly because I don't know enough about which paper tray does what when, ect. Have taken time to get phone support cause I've learned enough to function, but it takes a little different process to maximize it's taughted strengths.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many steps to do anything. Printer may be fine but software isn't. Scan splash screen end up below tray requiring drag up to see scan button. Can't highlight last scanned file name and copy over or dekete. Must click edit first.
Just want to do job and move on without excessive clicking or dragging.
