A GREAT Printer

I am very pleased with this printer. I replaced my "old" hp 1012 and hp OfficeJet 6500. They had served me well, but the Brother MFC-J5830DW performs much better. The cost of ink is a big plus. I am a pastor and most of my printing is bulletins and sermon notes. I highly recommed this printer.

it's perfect for my small office. I love that I can print my text, received fax and scan all in one. the only inconvenience is the small paper tray. I run out of paper almost daily

Great machine for our office, I thought with ink for printing that we would be buying non stop but that hasn't been the case. It's very fast to print with wireless connection from anywhere in the office.

Great Impovements

Great improvements over the last version of Brother "home business" coppier that I had. New ink catridges seem to last much longer. I love the fact that the envelope printing slot is now compatible with Stamps.com.

Impressive

I purchased the MFC as an emergency replacement. I needed an all in one printer with double-sided printing and printing for envelopes and cards. I'm especially impressed with the ink capacity and quality. The ink is vivid, and the cartridges haven't run out yet. The only thing that brings it to a 4-star instead of 5 is weight. It's a heavy printer. Muscles are required.

Great printer for small businesses

I am in love with this printer. I kept having problem with my HP printer and decided to go ahead and get the Brother MFC-J5830DW. It works very well. My only issue is that it is a bit noisier than my other printer and that I can't scan double sided.

Very easy to use, ink prices very low

Super excellent customer service. We also have a wide format HP printer. (18" x 36"). Almost impossible to drag any information out of them. Very difficult to use. Constantly having problems. Paid three times what I paid for our Brother Printer. When will Brother make a wider format printer? We have four Brother machines in our office. Have been using them for more than ten years.
