disappointed in the alternate feeder port in the rear of the unit. A lot of difficulty and I can't use the envelope feeder in the rear of the unit at all- what a pain. Had I know I would not be purchased the unit

This machine has several really nice features. It does double sided - prints fast enough for personal and home office use. Hard to wake up sometimes when in sleep mode, but not a major issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good quality for printing, scanning, and copying, including high resolution prints and photographs. Fast and easy to set up and use. A bit more up front cost than my last printer but came with a huge supply of ink cartridges that make it a very good overall value. Only slightdrawback is the large footprint on the desk, required to accommodate larger paper sizes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

fast and affordable

This machine was very simple to set up and start using. It came with ample ink and good instructions. We've been using it for a little over a month now and are completely happy with it's performance. Prints fast and very legible (both black & white and color). We've also printed some labels with it and had NO problems either. Scanning pages to email and faxing are a breeze also. It's an awesome machine at a great price point. Would definitely buy it again.

Color printing looks awful

Nice printer but if you want to print color flyers this is not the printer for you. Looks horrible.

I have to reboot this printer and uninstall and reinstall it ofted due to it losing connection or something.

Great rear feed color printer

Please continue to make a rear multi-sheet feed printer - they are hard to find! We use to load checks to print from our software when paying bills and doing payroll. So much easier than trying to load them into a paper tray under the printer. You can view them as they come out to verify the check numbers, etc.

Pretty good all around printer

Well made. Good on text and copy. Pictures and graphs are only OK. Duplex printing is great. Wish duplex worked for copies. Ink cartridge lasts a long time. Wi-fi connection is strong.
