Great monitor, has way better picture quality than the other gaming monitors in its price group, but the design is bulky and the display settings menu shows features that aren't included in it (such as the speakers)
Pros 144hz, 1ms Curved Looks Great Preforms Great One of the best monitors you can get at this price range Colors are amazing
Cons Stand is very intrusive, you will need 1 ft of room on your desk. On the other hand, the stand allows you to change the view very well. The arena lighting is kind of intrusive, there is only 3 settings; Blinking, Sound, and Off. There is no solid. So anytime you have it on, it is constantly distracting you.
Overall it is an amazing monitor for this price range. I have had this monitor for a little over a year now, No scratches, acts and looks like new. It has amazing build quality. Now that they have released their successor, I recommend the CHG70. Its 1440p for another 150. If you have the money, it is worth it.Otherwise, this is one of the best monitors at 1080p you can buy
I bought this monitor just over a year ago and it's given me a bevy of problems.
First off, I would like to clarify that none of these problems are due to my graphics card (as I've used several ones) or my cord (also tried both multiple HDMI and DP cables).
- Randomly after long periods of use and especially under load the screen will glitch causing darks to go completely blue. So that means anywhere it's dark there will be blue patches like crazy. Only restarting the monitor solves this. - If using Freesync, after rebooting my PC the monitor has to be restarted or it will unable to find the display-in. - Lighting on the right edge is terrible causing washed out colors along it. - I'm now getting blue and green ghosting in grey areas. Like scrolling in dark-mode Reddit will cause vertical blue and green ghosting like crazy. - My taskbar has a habit of burning in.
Also the stand is the most cumbersome design I've ever used despite allowing more movement freedom.
Overall this thing is so terribly glitchy and poor quality that I would steer clear of getting it.
Go with the updated sister model CFG73 instead!!!!!! It is literally the exact same panel/mainboard but none of these problems! They must have updated the components to fix these issues.

Decent monitor, appropriate cost, only 2 HDMI in.I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor's specifications appear to be quite satisfactory overall. Its price point seems to be reasonable, suggesting good value for the features offered. However, the limitation of only two HDMI inputs could pose a challenge for some users. This particular detail is a significant consideration for those with multiple devices. Ultimately, the reduced connectivity slightly diminishes the monitor's overall appeal.

Had this monitor for not even 6 months and half the screen went bad on me... one day it worked perfect, and the next it was dead. Would not recommend this product to anyone

144hz Defective

I had purchased this monitor in may of 2017. There is a lack of support for 144hz despite the model being a 144hz monitor. I am experiencing artifacts when using 144hz refresh rate, and unfortunately Samsung did not request a recall on the monitor despite the defects associated with this model.

Good but could be better

I currently own the 24 inch model of this monitors. While the 144hz refresh rate is nice the screen needs to be 1440p. The monitor I upgraded from I had been using since 2007 and it had better picture quality. I would not buy this monitor again unless I comes in a higher resolution model. The arena lighting is a waste for me and I never turn it on. The curved screen is different and it does add some appeal to this monitor but the 1080p makes games more pixilated than I would prefer them to be. The 27 inch model would only have a bigger issue with this. All in all it's an ok monitor but I would wait for an upgraded version before buying one of these.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great monitor. Stand is great, 144hz is good. Low blue-light options and flicker free.
