ALL GOOD BUT 1 SMALL NIT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Quiet. The alert beep is too quiet and support will be out soon to check on that. Love using it otherwise and service is excellent. Have not tried convection cooking in it yet, but my neighbor who has the same unit says she never has to use her standard sized oven any more. In our installation, it is a little bit high and only my husband can clean the inside, but that's a good thing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the oven and the microwave and together you can't have a better kitchen for cooking gourmet meals that will make you a star even with leftovers. The ovens are quiet and the food comes out golden brown, evenly cooked and faster than any oven I have ever had. I can't say enough about how extremely pleased I am with my choice. The beauty of the stainless steel enhances the look of my kitchen as well. Easy to clean and keep shiny!

Beautiful, but not without it's Flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this Speed Oven installed a week ago. After the first use, discovered a grayish film over the 1/4 right lower corner of the viewing window. Not on the outside or on the inside of the window, but between them. Called Bosch, who had never heard of the issue before, and my local appliance retailer. Have a repairman scheduled for tomorrow to see the problem. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved without further delay.
Instructions take several read-throughs to distinguish what utensils are appropriate for specific cooking methods. Operation relatively quiet.
