Very expensive but doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very expensive appliance that is sturdy but fails a lot. We had two major issues. First time, there was some issue with the door opening/closing that tripped a fuse and prevented to oven from starting. Second time, the oven just went dead. Do not recommend it.

It was awesome until it died suddenly!

Faulty Door Switch – Do Not Buy

Purchased this microwave oven 5 years ago for a kitchen remodel and loved the sleek design and functionality until it started having issues 2 years ago. The issue is a faulty door switch that continues to blow fuses after even after being replaced. We’ve replaced the door switch 2 times in the last year and it continues to blow the internal fuses. There was a class action lawsuit for the display panel issue, hoping there will be one for the door switch issue soon too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Because the door folds down you have to reach in a long way to retrieve small items. If the door was hot it would burn my arms. Under the counter installation was not an option. Taking the rack and ceramic plate in and out and finding a place to put them is a bit inconvenient. Trying to sell it used but there is very little interest. A definite fail.

Worked less than 30 seconds! Literally broke within 30 seconds of use. I read multiple poor reviews of this product before I bought it....they are apparently true!

Surprised at the short life span

We installed the first combo speed micro unit in mid 2016.
In December of 2023, the heating functions for both the convection oven and the microwave stopped getting hot.
We literally used the oven function maybe two dozen times in those 7 years.
We used the micro function nearly every day to heat up food or beverages, not for cooking.
I think it may have been the panel that died rendering this unit useless.
It was advised that we replace <> not repair, so that's what we did.
I hope that the longevity lasts much longer this time.
