Well since you asked... I am quite disappointed in the Christmas cookie set. The handle broke off the knife on day two. The lining on the can started peeling the first time she played with it. The paint is already chipping off the edge of the cookies. I think some sort of clear coat over the paint would have been a big help. All of this being said she is not a rough child at all. I also got her the regular set of cookies as well for Christmas and I think I will return them. She has a lot of M&D toys and I feel like some are really well made and others not so much. Velcro comes off pan on first use

I was really excited to get this Slice and Bake Cookie set. It looked as cute in person as it did when ordering. I was so surprised and disappointed when the Velcro came off the pan onto the cookies. I plan to hot glue the Velcro back on, but I'm really disappointed. I have used Melissa and Doug products in my classroom in home for nearly two decades and this hasn't happened before.
