Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using it for last 2 months and extremely happy, so far 213 cups brewed. No problems. Every thing works well. I use fine grind setting and that’s what give best coffee flavor even for light or dark roast, reason for that is teh default grinder setting for fine is not that fine, so my recomend setting to fine to get teh best coffee. Phone apps works well local menus are fine too. I have tested the milk frother it works fine but milk is not hot enough but Its OK. I prefer to use external milk frother as its is a much easier option. Customization of custom drinks are easier to create on phone app. I use android and it works as it suposed to work. Installation was not bad either it took 1 hours for installtion in teh cabinet. The new 2022 model have better softclose hinges than previous models. We do clean the cofee brewing unit every 2 weeks just to make sure all runs well.

Best cappuccino machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for over 5 years and I love it. It makes consistent great cappuccino, espresso, coffee, etc. After 5 years I had a part go out,replaced the part and everything is great again.

Easy to Use

I like I don't have to do much besides clean it. It grinds the coffee beans, foams, I can save how I like my coffee, etc.
No complaints, if I do have issues I will come back and update my review for everyone.
