[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new machine. May be a better way to hold/secure the latte straw instead of the shallow door hold. Wish could set a time for machine to turn on every am. All said, compared to previous model we had this unit is very nice. Enjoying it

It's part of all of our Bosch eye candy purchases; Fridge/Freezer, 800 Series Dishwasher, Speed Oven and Wall Oven combination, Induction stove top and 2 Warming Drawers.

Great Addition to Kitchen Remodel

Although apprehensive in the beginning with having such an important part of kitchen built into the cabinetry based both on concerns for maintenance and ease of operation, the Bosch has surpassed all expectations! The menu clearly provides options and executes preparation of each flawlessly. You are advised in advance of any maintenance needs on the control screen display. We highly recommend the Bosch built in coffee maker!

A great product!

Our unit is now 7 years old and has made over 12,000 cups of cappuccino/latte/americano/expresso, etc. Recently had a valve issue, all parts available and customer support excellent. Replaced valve assembly and back up working as it should. An excellent product...love it!!
