Design Flaws

If you drink a lot of coffee this machine is not for you it requires filling the water container and emptying the drip tray constantly why Bosch never gave the option to have a direct water line and a drain option is just rediculace especially when your paying 5 grand for the machine. It does make good coffee but there are other brands that also make good coffee that you can hook directly into your water line for a lot less money

Almost 2 years old and still like new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had any issues so far and we have been using it every day for almost 2 years now! It's the best appliance I have. I don't really use the smart features other than turning it on from my bed. Makes great tasting coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine, but wish there were more adjustments for the amount of milk - for those that just like a small amount. I like the brewing options from Home Connect - the app works great - definetly a bonus to have more options for brews --

Great coffee machine, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee machine, but I wish it was connected to the water line so I don't have to fill up the tank every time and also wish it was conneceted to the drain so I don't have to empty the tray every time.
