AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this coffee machine a month ago, because we absolutely love our coffee and thought this would be a nice addition to our new kitchen. This was hands down the BEST decision we made, the machine is sleek and so easy to use. Extremely user friendly and has all sorts of different coffees to make, espresso, latte, just regular coffee, steamed milk etc; We could not be happier with this coffee machine and are so pleased we purchased it!

Great machine!

We had a nice manual countertop espresso machine for a couple years before this and thought it was great until we started using this machine. We are pretty shocked how good the coffee is that it produces. It was definitely one of the best things we added to our kitchen remodel. Great coffee and just at a press of the button. Highly recommended!

Best part of our new kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit this coffee machine is the reason I convinced my wife it was time to fully renovate our kitchen. We bought all new Bosch appliances and we love them all (induction cooktop, built-in dishwasher, drawer microwave and convection oven) and we love them all, but this baby takes the prize as my favorite new kitchen toy. The coffee is delicious, the connected app is awesome (we create "coffee playlists" for our guests) and the maintenance is super easy and straight-forward. Love it!

Amazing Coffee Machine!!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) MY husband and I were doing a big kitchen Reno and decided to TREAT ourselves to this coffee machine. I was worried about the price but after making our first coffee I was thrilled we bought this! The coffee is out of this world good. SO fresh! So many options and different kinds of coffees to make and to top it all off you can order your coffee from an app on your phone. I love the message I receive letting me know my coffee is ready and to "enjoy"on my phone app each time I brew a coffee. The kids also love to have stream milk on this! All in all a great coffee machine!!!

Not perfect but pretty convenient

My background is that of using semi-automatic espresso machines, roasting and of course, grinding my own beans. It's an enjoyable process that, yes, produces better coffee that this machine does (most of the time).
But man, to be able to walk up to the machine, push the button and have pretty darn decent coffee drinks of any kind? Pretty awesome. There's a lot to like about this machine, once you get past the price. I mean, I can put together a really high-end semi-auto setup for this price. Ok, enough about that, I knew what I was getting and how much it cost.
The bean hopper is relatively air-tight and I haven't noticed an issue with beans going stale (of course I'm going through about a pound a week). There are lots of options for each drink: temp, strength, volume... Nice.
I like this machine a lot. It makes good quality espresso and does a good job with milk drinks as well. I use it all day long. That said, it isn't without it's annoyances.
- The HomeConnect is okay for downloading drink "recipes," but other than that, it's USELESS. This is the most annoying "feature." One would think that with a connected coffee machine, you could get it to turn on and wake you up with a delicious, fresh coffee? NOPE. When it starts up it insists on doing a rinse... which puts water in your cup, if you were to have one positioned. Well, I think, I'll just leave it on? NOPE. It times out at a maximum of 8 hours. So if you want coffee when you wake up (or when you unlock your door coming home), make sure you're only getting 7:55 minutes of sleep and turning on the machine is the last thing you did before you got in bed. What's the point?
- It won't integrate with your existing smart home. They say you can use IFTTT but I haven't tried it because... what's the point?
- While the HomeConnect does let you download coffee recipes, you can't add these individual recipes to your "Favorites." The consequence of this is that you can only select a single custom coffee from the panel. Favorites could have been much better.
- The control disk on the interface sometimes spins easily, sometimes not.
- It doesn't know when the milk container is empty so if you're making a series of milk drinks and don't notice, it'll spew large quantities of steam instead of warning you.
- I'm currently in "needs cleaning" mode while I wait for cleaning tablets to arrive. It would have been nice if they included a couple of samples (and a water filter) with the machine... or at least if it had warned me ahead of time.

Amazing coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, Love, Love this machine. My italian machine died after 12 years and umpteen repairs. Did a lot of research including going to the dealer for a taste test between Bosch and several of its competitors. This machine by far put out the best tasting cup of coffee. When you add in the largest water and bean reservoirs, it was a no brainer. And even though I didn't think I would use it, the ability to make a cup via an app is really cool. Did I mention I love this machine?

A touch of luxury

We just got married before buying the house, so we were in the honeymoon stage and my husband was happy to allow me little extravagances in the kitchen. This was one of them and I'm so happy we got it. Delicious coffee and such a luxury to have it built in. The stainless steel finish is perfect too since all of our appliances are stainless steel. It makes our kitchen feel like a fancy gourmet kitchen!

The best tasting coffee I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He is tickled pink with it. He uses it every chance he gets. He loves his coffee and this does the job. The coffee always tastes home brewed. It is stainless steel to boot which makes it so easy to clean and it matches our other appliances. Great product. I would recommend it to anyone who loves delicious coffee.
