I love my coffee machine

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had this product for about 3 months now. It's an amazing coffee machine. You can make different types of coffees (lattes, espressos, regular coffee, tea, etc...). It's very conveinient to use once you program it (the manual for this product is not easy to understand). I use my smart phone in bed to make my coffee which is usually ready when I wake up. A couple of suggestions for Bosch: I wish the drip trays were a bit larger so that I wouldn't have to empty it so often. I have 2 coffees daily and I have to empty the drip trays every other day. Also I wish it came with a couple of cleaning and descaling tablets to start off with. Otherwise, everything else is great with it and I would highly recommend it.

Awesome Coffee Machine

Convenience of incredible coffee every drip!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had our coffee machine for two months now! Not one coffee purchased outside my home since installed + now we invite guests over for a fresh cup! You can't compare this machine to anything but a specialty espresso machine. 100% investment!

Makes great coffee

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love the machine and results...what prevents me from giving the a 5 * rating is the software is flaky. For example it will not retain you name for that special coffee you like in the MyCoffee app. I have asked Bosch about this and they are aware, but still no firmware updates to fix.

Convenient Machine for people on the go

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Installed this machine a little over 2 weeks ago and have been pleased with the quality and build. Makes a wide variety of coffee drinks and produces a good extraction of the coffee.
Milk frothing could be better as you can’t adjust the froth levels. Often felt my flat whites did not have enough froth same with cappuccinos.
Bosch app is not very good. It simply lets you control it via WiFi. Besides loading up other coffee drinks it brings very little value to the machine. Perhaps letting users make fine adjustments to the milk frothing or brewing time might prove more valuable within the app.
Including descale tablets and water filter would also be nice with a machine at this price point.
