[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this machine for our new offices' client lounge. I'm so in love. I'm a former barista so I'm pretty picky when it comes to coffee machines. This baby is easy to clean (KEY feature if you want a machine that uses milk, rancid milk is gross and destroys coffee machines), sleek, easy to operate and so far has held up very well with our team making 30 cups a day so far. There is a learning curve for refilling and cleaning but once you do it once or twice it's easy. This is a true barista-quality coffee maker at the push of a couple buttons, the foam is perfect, the espresso is perfect. Follow the machine instructions and you should have a perfectly functioning machine for years.

Built-in Coffee Machine

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We had our appliance installed December 2020. There was some issues initally with the touchscreen. Unfortunately with covid-19 order delays and bookings we did not have the machine fully running until February. Now that it is working we haven't had any issues! Our machine is used multiple times a day and creates a delicious cup every time! Some may not see the benefits of having this machine. If youre a daily coffee drinker and enjoy variety and quality, you will quickly see how this appliance is well worth it, and used more often than many other appliances. We like the wifi connect function for the "coffee world" options. But we don't find the use for it that often to start a coffee without being in the room.The coffee world options are fun, lets us enjoy different beverages we didn't know about. The quality of each beverage is noticeable with each glass. The layers of milk/espresso/foam is distinct every time. Overall, we are highly satisfied with our purchase, waking up everyday with this delicacy has spoiled us a little.. but we wouldn't have it any other way!

Simply Amazing

Great coffee

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This unit is easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Had Meil for 18 years. This is a much better unit. The only complaint is having to clean and descale so often. The Meil made about 8-10 x more cups before descale and cleaning

Bosch 800 Series Built in Coffee Machine BCM845OUC

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchsed this machine in 2019. It worked for three months. It spent over 6 months in repair shop and finally Bosch agreed to replace it. That was three months ago. We still don't have a coffee machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
