Does not froth plant based milk

Overall very good and a big hit with the family. Couple suggestions - allow user to skip the "appliance is rinsing" cycle b/c at times the unit turns off or is turned off accidentally right after a rinse this would save user time. Also provide a notice when the coffee ground container is full and should be empty

Should have listened…

Everyone said don't do it...I should have listened. After about 2 months of operation, I have ordered two new grinders...cleaned, descaled and reset multiple times.
I have a 3K coffee maker that I can only use the pre-ground drawer. Useless. Do your research. No one services Bosch out in rural America...so make sure you can get it serviced when it inevitably shuts down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee but wish it didnt run rinse cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee but don't know how to use wifi to make cup of coffee without running rinse cycle first. Kind of defeats benefit of making a cup of coffee from bed in morning since you have to dispose of rinse cycle before making a cup. Also, mjne didn't come with the grate shown over the drip pan so there a big hole there so cups don't sit level
