I can't believe this is a Bosch product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave/oven combo two months ago. Like other reviewers, the oven has a bright light display. The microwave light display goes dim and can't use the timer on the microwave. They sent me a "new microwave" where this issue has been corrected. Within 20 minutes, went dark again. I have Bosch washer/dryer, dishwasher and never had any issues with the company. Very disappointed.

Purchased in July. The amount of dents on this is ridiculous. It's a household with 2 older poeople so it's not abused. Very poor quality of the so called stainless steel.

It’s ok.

We got this paired with a wall oven. As far as that goes, it’s a good match aesthetically. That being said this unit could be better:
-This is a pretty low powered unit. Much lower than cheaper standalone units. Expect longer heating times.
-the display is very dim. Even at its brightest setting it’s only about a tenth as bright as the oven’s display below it. This is made worse when viewed on an angle, for example if you’re shorter and have to look up at the display.
-the display almost turns off after a short time of inactivity. It turns up to full brightness once you hit a button, but of course will dim again once you let it sit for a time. Not a problem if you have the wall oven, but you won’t be able to view the clock from across the room if that’s something you care about.
Paired with the oven i’d sat sure, go for this as it matches perfectly. Also at the end of the day it gets the job done and the controls are easy tio operate and understand. But otherwise I think there’s better options out there.

Nice looking but.....

I am not surprised by your decision not to put my review on your website. Having said that, I am disappointed. I do lots of reviews, as I and most consumers rely on them. I am always honest and fair when I post a review, and I was when I did the review on my Bosch microwave. We are getting ready to do another kitchen renovation, but we will not be buying Bosch appliances.
I will be calling Bosch tomorrow regarding the dimness of the display. Hopefully I get a more helpful representative than I did when I called the last time, when I told her about the plastic wheels warping again. I wasn't being fascicious; she really had no interest in what I had to say. For my records I have taken a picture of this.

I will be putting a review on Yelp, as I think it's only fair that the consumer has the right to know. Your products aren't cheap! I believe "you get what you pay for." That's why I bought Bosch; I guess I was mistaken.
I put this as a review because the email I sent did not work for some reason.

Fantastic fit and finish plus features

I bought this bosch microwave to compliment the stainless steel appliances in our Kitchen. So far the item is working perfectly and I'm impressed with the fit and finish.
