[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch Wall Microwave oven. I love the space. Really thought out well. The only thing I do not love is this stainless is not smudgeproof. Its hard to clean and make look nice.

Pull down door is a nightmare

We purchased all Bosch appliances for our new construction. The nightmare has been with this microwave! I am 5'9, and I avoid using this almost daily. It is impossible to get any liquid out without scalding yourself. Whoever thought that the pull down door was a good option obviously does not use the microwave often. I have to use a step stool to be able to clean the microwave. For the love of safety, Bosch do better and mention this in the installment guide. No I am left with either a microwave I do not use or redoing an entire cabinet that will cost more than the microwave!! Never again will I buy Bosch or recommend their products. Poor craftsmanship and money down the drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice but does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance does not turn on. I thought Bosch is a good brand but it is very disappointed. I bought it for new kitchen last year and after installation this year it does not turn on. The service is expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look and ease of using the Bosch microwave. The plus 30 seconds button is a great feature as is the oversized turntable which allows for platters and larger casserole dishes. Our previous microwave was slightly smaller but had a higher power 1100 W versus 950W on this one. We are finding it an adjustment to figure out how much time is needed to cook or reheat items and even using the three popcorn settings, none has cooked the microwave popcorn fully even when matched with the correct size of the package.

multiple repairs now lying dead

Repaired it twice, andit broke again during the pandemic so now we have resorted to a countertop and have left this broken unit as it is. After a 100K kitchen upgrade. Gee thanks Bosch! Least you could do is pull this abomination from the markert and replace it with somemething a bit more relable?
