Door & low wattage

Unique Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product. Different than most microwaves since the door opens down (similar to an oven). It has a great look as well because it looks just like an oven. Only flaw is defrost options. I wish I could just defrost by selecting a time and or weight but instead I have to choose chicken, beef, etc. Sometimes I'm defrosting items that don't match up with the options.

Good but many issues

This is a good unit when it's working, but it is prone to blowing fuses easily and requiring the door switches to be replaced often. This can get expensive without a warranty. Disappointed in this product but when it's working works well.
