Total waste of $$. First one "skipped" so returned on warranty. The replacement must be refurbished because the glitch is worse. So much that I can't use it. No longer on warranty cuz of a move.
But hey, it looks great! Don't use it anymore,

Bluetooth connection is crap

I have had this for over a year, the bt range is pathetic. I can't even put it on my desk and have a stable connection to my computer below the desk. Same issues with my phone. Save your money.

Not Worth the Money

I bought this for my little brother for Christmas and after only using it a few times the charging port became very finicky--you had to angle the charge and make sure it sits in the port in a specific way for it to charge. I looked at getting the port fixed because now the charging port doesn't work at all, but the repair costs half of what I payed for it. Also, when you play music with a strong bass the music gets quieter and the lyrics are harder to hear. If you are going to spend this much money on a speaker, don't get this one.

Annoying af

I bought it a few hours ago and am taking right back. It has said "charging!" about 30 times in 2 hours and I see this can't be stopped. Piece of garbage.

We are sorry to hear this. The speaker is designed to alert you to the function it is performing. If the speaker is plugged in, it will continue to alert you that it is charging until it is unplugged. The speaker contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that works much like a cell phone battery. Leaving the speaker plugged in can diminish the lifespan of the battery. We recommend fully charging the speaker, then using the speaker until the battery is depleted then recharging.

Great speaker with really poor charging port

I've had 3 of these speakers. 1st one charging port got damaged and shop gave me another one. Sold it to a friend who really liked it and bought another to replace it. Listen to it at work alot but people borrow the charging cable and its tricky to reinsert. Easily damaged. Now this one can't charge at all which is a shame when it can work perfectly when charged with excellent bass. Wont buy another one. Ill try a different brand now. If they changed the port to something more robust they would have a speaker that would never need replacing which might be part of their selling strategy

Based off the price just buy a different speaker. this one is not the worst speaker it just doesn’t have good clarity. The music gets quieter in different parts of every song because the speaker can’t handle it. It’s weird and i don’t recommend

Speaker is good but the Notification is Horrid

I just bought this yesterday and instantly regretted after 5 mins. Don’t get me wrong. The sound is amazing but the charging notification is always announcing that it’s charging at the rate of random times. In about 3 mins it announces 5 times and there are times that it announces 3 times consecutively. I saw other peoples’ review and it was from years ago that people complained so I thought maybe they fixed it. It wasn’t. You’d think that maybe they could include a switch for the notifications.. nope there’s none

"charging" UGH

When it works, its great. But then it will tell me it's "charging" over and over and over and overrrrr again. It seemingly won't charge unless i'm trying to use it. I'll keep it plugged in all night and then when I turn it on in the morning and start my music it will say "battery is low, time to recharge" and will continue to say "chraging" every 2 seconds while the music is on. It's infuriating. I REALLy want to like this thing but holy. I'd really appreciate it someone could help me troubleshoot this issue
