Speaker No Longer Works After 2 Days

Received speaker on Saturday. Charged it up and started using it on Monday. Very good sound, I like the way it looks. Used it again on Tuesday morning. Stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. My phone still shows it as connected, I was even able to control phone volume through the speaker buttons. But no lights are lit, no sound comes out. It's now Friday and this hasn't changed. Is there a way to do a complete reset of this speaker?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No way to adjust the volume of the voice commands

Sound is not bad, better base and depth than my Wonderboom speaker. Not as great as the Marshall. Pretty looking, but there is no way to adjust the volume of the voice when connecting, powering on, paired, charging.... it makes me hate this speaker. The woman's voice is at a 10 volume... people across the street could hear it. House of Marley, what were you thinking? You make speakers, your job is audio lol.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice speaker with dealbreaker voice prompts

Like so many others, I wanted to love this speaker. It sounds great! However, the loud and intrusive voice prompt are a deal killer. Who could possibly need or want this feature?
Also, when the speaker is connected to a power source, there should be no need to power down, causing a loss of connection to the speaker from whatever source you were using. You then have to power the speaker back up and reconnect. A constant pain that is also not configurable.
I'll unfortunately be returning the speaker.

Sound has been described as "muddy" by other reviewers; I find it lacks mids and treble……bass overpowers everything.

Not Long Life

I've had the speaker for a little over a year. The battery life has now dropped to about 1 1/2 hours. As of this morning, it no longer will connect to my phone. It was a very nice speaker while it lasted. It just doesn't last very long.
