I decided to purchase this mixer to replace my old Kitchen Aid mixer. Glad I did. The price was right. At my age, I did not need to spend hundreds of dollars on one. This does just as good of a job as the expensive KA. And the retro look is so pretty in my kitchen. I'm very happy with it. It arrived at my house in a very timely manner. My only problem is finding the wire whips to go with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this muxer a few months ago. I bought the pink one. I love the color and the mixer works great. The positioning of the bowl makes mixing up a recoe easy. Scraping the bowl is a breeze. No need to start and stop. I am very happy with this mixer and recommend it to everyone.

I bought this Sunbeam mixer a little over 2 months ago after buying the other well known mixer. That one broke on me within 15 minutes of operation, and I didn't really like the layout. You had to keep stopping and starting the mixer to add ingredients.
Well, this Sunbeam mixer is da bomb!! I have been making a ton of bread, cookies, and I haven't even begun to make stuff. BTW, My mom gave me her Sunbeam hand mixer with a stand from the 60's, it sits right next to my new one and it still works like a champ. Save your money and get this mixer.

Not happy with green. I ordered white. Old Bowls don't fit the base. Disappointed but I'll keep and use it.

Plastic beater gears!

I liked that this mixer was so similar to my sunbeam mixer that I used almost daily for cakes, cookies, bread dough and making butter for 25 years. However I used this one infrequently and only for cakes and cookies and it quit after a few years. The beater gears are stripped and I can not find those parts to repair it. Very disappointed! Sunbeam, you need to raise your quality as well as stock parts. The service center does not have them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
