Nice Grill but need new handle

We like the grill but have managed to break a handle and cannot find a way to order a new one. It doesn't like they sell parts for this model.
Has anyone been able to get them?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this griddle after reading a lot of reviews and looking at all griddles available. I use the griddle everyday so I was willing to pay for the best. I loved the design when I first looked at it online. It make perfect sense to me that it was the best design for cleaning. I found two griddles with similar design and the difference between the two was this one is that this is of ceramic coating. I own several ceramic coating pans so I have learned how to use and treat them, still I couldn't imagine well how would it work on a grill/griddle but I decided to take my chances because it is healthier option to teflon. And I was so glad I did! The design is absolutely genius and the performance surpassed my expectations. It cooks even at any point in the griddle. The way it grills, the grill marks are just like an outside bbq grill. I have used this grill for over 3 months now, every day. I recommend seasoning and using unsalted butter. It makes cleaning the ceramic real easy. Do not hesitate to buy this grill. I won't buy a teflon one ever again.

This is our go-to griddle for making weekend breakfast. Perfect for pancakes and eggs. Heats up quickly, easy to clean. We're on our second one, and will keep using this and replacing it for as long as it's available.
