Ceramic surface is great!

Good quality, heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The ceramic allows for quick and easy cleanup of the cooking surface! The ceramic also seems like it is holding up a lot better than a Teflon surface. One downside is the plastic housing/base has a lot of nooks and crannies for grease to get into. Also the electrical cord is too short- making it hard to find a good place to put it on the counter that has enough room AND is close enough to an outlet. It's cool that you can cook on both sides. Overall a good product- I did receive this product for free to test it, but the price seems about right for the value.

I love this griddle! It is the perfect size for making pancakes for the entire family. The grill surface is great too, it cooks burgers evenly. The grill is easy to clean. Another feature I like is the nonslip bottom. *Disclaimer- I received this grill as a sample.

So far, I really like this grill/griddle. I make pancakes and grilled cheese on the griddle side all the time (probably 3-4 days a week) and they brown nice and evenly. Clean up is a cinch. I've used the grill side less, but when I have, my food gets nice grill lines. The only issue I have is on the grill side sometimes the sides of my meat don't cook. I have to really press down on my burger patties or pork chops, or sort of hold them at an angle against the grill to cook the sides. Maybe it's because my meat is usually pretty thick. It's not a huge issue, and it would probably be a problem with any electric grill. This grill is pretty big, so doesn't fit well in my cupboard. I have enough counter space that I leave it out. Also, it looks nice, but the entire base is plastic, and I foresee it cracking well before the grill/griddle wears out. I could see dropping the grill/griddle when placing it back on the base and the base cracking. As long as it lasts me a year or so, I would buy it again if that did occur. I am very happy with this product, and am glad that I was sent this for free to use and review.

I was very pleased with this reversible grill/griddle. It was super easy to use, easy to reverse, and my food cooked evenly. The size is perfect for convenient and easy storage. I received this as a test product and look forward to many more future uses with it.

This griddle is A1! The versatility with grill and griddle blows those old school flat griddle out of the kitchen (mine at least). The non stick coating feels great. Eggs and cheese float right off. The temp control is great. Cleaning is a breeze. I have even used it as a hot plate with a few pots on top for entertaining.

Great oster grill !

This grill is awesome. It has natural non-stick coating which makes for fast clean up and easy food release. I love the fact that the coating is chemical free and ceramic. The fact that it is convertible from a grill or a griddle makes it highly efficient for using. Have cooked on it several times and it has no scratches and looks brand new. This was a sample product given to me to test out and I am highly satisfied with it. It is definitely a product I would give as a gift to my fiends. Try it I'm sure you will love it as much as my family does!

Great griddle

I have been given this griddle to test almost a month ago and I am so happy I have. I used it almost everyday. I tried chicken, burger patties, sausages, flat bread, everything turned out to be perfect. Ceramic surface cooks evenly and cleans easily. But I think the main benefit is, it makes meals more fun. I brought it next to the table for breakfasts I cook sunny-side up, pancakes and french toast without using any oil right next to my family. My 3 kids love it, they say it is like going out for breakfast, and I'm happy I don't have to keep running around to cook everybody's food. Only thing that bothers me, although I am very careful using it and clean immediately after using, the grill side already has two brown spots. It makes me think it might not be very durable.

I have used griddles in the past, but none of them have compared to the versatility of the DuraCeramic Reversible Grill/Griddle. I found so many uses for this product: pancakes, burgers, hot dogs, quesadillas. I love the options, the ease of cleaning, and the overall look of the product. It replaces many other similar appliances I have. Most of all, I love the look of it. Traditional griddles are so boring and look clunky. This product is sleek enough to display on the counter.
