leaks

I bought this a month ago. water leaks out the back through the hole. Coffee somehow runs out the bottom. The plate has burnt coffee on it as soon as the pot is done brewing. It needs to be scrubbed every time a pot of coffee is made. This just isn't worth the money with all the mess it's causing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worthless

It was ok for a couple pots, now it just turns the water to steam; damaging my cupboards with barely a few drops of coffee passing into the carafe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

just stopped brewing

Had this less than a year. Worked perfectly until this morning- then -Nothing. Everything looks like it is working, but brew beep came on like it had finished and had not even started. Tried on several outlets still not working. Out in the trash now. looked up online and find this is a problem it seems with this coffeemaker. Wish I had read it sooner. We have had several .Mr Coffees and they do not last long at all like they used to.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. This is definitely not the kind of experience that we want you to have. Our products are made to last for years. If the Mr. Coffee brewer is not brewing hot enough coffee, check the following:
- Make sure the brewer is plugged directly into outlet. - Is the consumer using fresh cold water? - Is the carafe / decanter in proper position on warming plate? - Has the brewer cleaned recently? Also, if the machine is not frothing the milk, please try the following: - Ensure there is milk in the milk reservoir. - Ensure the Frothed Milk Dispensing Tube is cleaned and aimed toward the center of your cup. - Ensure that the milk reservoir is fully locked into place.

Replacement gone bad

This coffee maker was sent as a replacement for the first one that went bad and now it has gone bad. Wont brew won't clean won't do anything. It was sent to us July 23rd 2018 but did not get it until some time in August. It went out a few weeks ago and we have been letting it sit unplugged to see if maybe it got wet in side or something but still does not work. I doubt MR. Coffee will replace this because it is a few weeks past warranty. I should have called when it first stopped working but thought I had time.

Quit working after a few months

This is the second Mr Coffee maker I’ve bought in 2 years. Bother quit working after a few months of use. Seems to be the same issue with both. Thermostat or termination switch went out in both machines. Poor quality parts. After reading reviews it appears that customers are experiencing the same issues. Mr coffee should replace these units free of charge and look into using another brand of switch. I will buy a new coffee maker but it will not be Mr. Coffee.

Great coffee...quits after short use

We bought this coffee maker for our vacation home about 18 months ago. It gets used maybe 3 - 4 months out of the year. Went on vacation and during the first week, it stopped brewing. Tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, turning it off and on....nothing. I loved the look of the coffee maker....but I need it to make coffee for more than a couple of months

Two Weeks Owned

Two weeks and for the last two days it takes 20 minutes to brew This morning coffee beeped twice like it is supposed to and then turned itself on and started the brew cycle Wow

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. We are truly sorry that the item that you received did not function as promised. A coffee maker will experience slow brewing if not properly cleaned. It is recommended to clean the coffee maker after 40 brews for hard water use and 80 brews for soft water use.
Also, please try to reset the clock of your coffee maker by following the steps below: 1. Unplug the unit. 2. Leave it unplugged for at least 30 seconds. 3. Turn it on then try to brew a coffee.
