Disappointed,, nice , JUST DIED..NO COFFEE..

Sad, I thought I had finally got an easy machine to use, clean and be safe.. Well cleaned it according to book at time of so many pots brewed,, everything fine,, then just out of the blue, no coffee,, would not turn on,, nothing was stopped up,, made a clicking sound but that was it.. tried several times,, so disappointed.. thought this simple programmable, turn off in 2 hours was the answer, especially after leaving on the old pot several times and forgetting to turn it off.. oh well.. not a happy camper,, had it less than a year, but no receipt,, no use,, they fade out anyway..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our third Mr Coffee in two years not bad but two of them are only 2 months apart. I thought we found a perfect product. I thought wrong. The 1st one we had for almost 18 months which is why I bought another when it stopped working but the 2nd one did not work long the cleaning light kept coming on did not matter if it was just cleaned it just kept coming on then one day it would not turn on at all it was only a couple of months old but i went ahead and bought another this one only lasted two brew cycles and it died. My husband turned it on and it short circuited out. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MR COFFEE PRODUCTS NOW
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible carafe

I stopped buying Mr. Coffee coffeemakers years ago because of their glass carafes. They were like dribble cups! That was then. We recently purchased a new Mr. Coffee coffeemaker after noticing that the design of the carafe had been changed. The new design allows me to pour a cup of coffee without the dribbles, however there appears to be an inadequate / inferior seal between the glass and the black plastic top. Now after pouring a cup, coffee seeps out from under the plastic top and makes a mess. It ends up on the warming pad or counter when you set the pot down.
Good coffee but I will not purchase another Mr. Coffee EVER again.

This Coffee Maker Is The Worst

I purchased this coffee maker after my previous "Mr Coffee" maker stopped working.This is my 3rd coffee maker in 3 years. Maybe I need to try another brand, because I'm not having any luck with Mr. Coffee! I purchased this one because it was programmable.This morning I go to get my much needed cup of coffee and find out the coffee maker is not working.

Quit working in less than a year

This is the 2nd coffee maker like this one that I have had, and both quit working in less than a year. I thought the 1st one was a fluke, but o do not think I will be buying one again. I clean it once a month like instructed, but it just quit making coffee. Both of the ones I had, it was the same problem, when you turn it one the light would come one like it was going to make coffee but it would almost immediately start beeping like it was finished or there was no water. Yet, the reservoir was full and it would not make coffee. I think I may be done with the Mr. Coffee brand all together, if they cannot make a coffee maker that last longer than this.

missing part

I got this as a gift yesterday so far it brews quickly my only problem is mine came with the disc for water filtration but NOT the part to put it on! I sure hope this is better then the last mr coffee I had for a year they use to last forever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still Working Strong after at least three years!

Bought this wonderful machine at least three years ago. It has worked without any issues! Brews great coffee, (and tea if you'd rather). For the first year, I mostly made tea with it, for iced tea - and coffee on the weekends. Then my husband finally convinced me to switch over to the dark side, and make only coffee in it instead (he got me a breville to make my tea :) ) It's been only coffee in it ever since, and zero complaints! We have had Mr. Coffee machines for decades, and have found them to be a reliable manufacturer/brand - more so than others we have tried over the years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great while it lasted

I absolutely loved this coffee pot the first few months I had it, then realized it had a "clean" mode. Followed the instructions to run a cleaning cycle and it never worked again even after trying troubleshooting. Very disappointed because it really was the best pot I've ever had.

We do recommend when starting your cleaning cycle, maker make sure that you are using white household vinegar. Also, try unplugging your coffeemaker for about 2-3 minutes. This will allow your JWX27 to do a soft reset. If you are still unable to brew, please give us a call at 1-800-672-6333 so that we can you back to making tasty coffee.
