Worked great, until it didn't

Bought it a little over a year ago and really liked it until it died on father's day of all days. They just don't make things like they used to. I'm really getting tired of cheap Chinese made products!

Fine when it works, usually doesn't

I am on my third. Newest one started with the "Beeps but doesn't Brew" after less than a year. Have repaired others when the cheap fuses blew, but even that didn't fix this one. Cheap relay parts can't be replaced. Having all the right features doesn't make up for extremely low-quality parts.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If the brewer is not brewing coffee, check the following:
Is there a power outage?
Is the water reservoir empty?
Is the filter basket properly inserted? filter and coffee grounds in place?
Is the carafe / decanter in proper position on warming plate?
Has the brewer been cleaned recently?

~Solid coffee maker
:Regular or Strong Brew features
:Brew now, Delay Brew & Self Clean are nice features as well.
~Provided Water Filter: The use of the provided water filter that fits over the coffee grounds basket helps to ensure all the coffee grounds are used with the dispersion of water.
~Hot Brew
~Warming Plate: Excellent Temp
Cons:
-Condensation: Wish there was a removable rubber gasket for the inside of the lid to help keep the condensation inside.
-Brew alarm/2hr time limit: Change so it doesn't sound similar to a smoke alarm. (Yep first time brewing caught me off gaurd)

Didnt last long

I only had this coffee pot 8 or 9 months and it quit working. And no reason that I can find explains it. It just wont brew. This is very dissappointing since it was one of my wedding gifts.

Nice features but...

I bought this a few months ago. It worked well until one of the coffee filters had a hole in it and I didn't notice it. Because the water reservoir is in the same area as the coffee filter, some grounds got into the reservoir and clogged things up. Cleaning it was a real nightmare.
