Brews coffee onto counter, not carafe

There's nothing worse than not having coffee when you wake up at 430 am. Seeing as how I can't drink it from the countertop, I have no coffee this morning. I only now looked at reviews and saw probably 80% feedback with the same problem. Why would you guys continue to manufacture a non working coffeepot? I'll never buy from Mr. Coffee again. This is the worst.

I have bought two of these and both quit working right after the warranty ran out. I'll never buy another mr. coffee again.

Absolutely the worst coffee maker! Coffee grounds in the coffee every time.

Second Mr. Coffee within 18 months that broke

Woke up this morning, expecting my usual morning pre-set brewed coffee..nothing. Tried to start it, it attempted to start and then beeped like it was done..nothing. So frustrating, I don't remember where I bought it but it wasn't more than 12 months. Had to use my French press (thank god I had that) On to a different brand I guess

We purchased this after using a Keurig for years and love it. Once we were in the same timeline, husband retired, we love the coffee maker.

Don't Do It!

I bought one just over a year ago. I didn't even use it on a daily basis and it quit pumping midway through a pot. Lights were on, but the water wouldn't siphon out. It was basically only used on the weekends.
