I finally moved into the 21st century and started using a smartphone, so I wanted to protect my investment with a case. I did a lot of research for a case and Otterbox always came up in the search, so I purchased the Commuter. I received the case and it took less than a minute to install on the phone and fits perfect, and looks very sleek.
Pros: High quality, Durable, great fit
Cons: wish there were more colors

I usually go for anything Hello Kitty, but when I couldn't find a case as such for my Moto G, I came here. I love the purple color, and the case was easy to put on the phone. The only concern I have is for the tabs that flip out to protect the earphone, and micro USB jack. I use these everyday, and have noticed they are a little floppier than they were when I first purchased the case (two and a half weeks ago). If they hold up in the long run, this is overall a super case and isn't much larger than the phone itself.
Pros: High quality, Durable, simple assembly, sleek design
Cons: loose jack covers

Good case. Fits very nicely, and fits in my pocket very easily. Sturdy, but not chunky, yet not flashy either.
I'm a tradesman, so i wanted a case that was tough, but one that i could also use outside of work. Commuter case in black was the case for me.

Otterbox makes me feel my phone is protected. I do not want to be one of the people with a cracked face on my phone and with my Lilac Otterbox case, I will not be. It is pretty and strong. I love it.

This case protects all sides well. Being raised on the top, it also protects the glass when you lay the phone face down on a flat surface. The cutouts are perfectly placed for the camera, speaker, flash, earphone and charger holes.
The on/off button groove requires a little more force than the up/down toggle bar. I like that, because I carry my phone in the pants pocket and it does not accidently turn my phone off. And it ony goes off when I turn it off.
Another great feature is that the cover is of two pieces. First, you separate the two parts. Then you install the inner cover on the phone. Then you snap the outer four-prong cover. Done! No fighting like other cases. To remove it, you just push up-and-out from top of the case, and both pieces comes off together. It will not come off on its own, even if dropped.
The feel of the case is perfect for me. It is just tactile enough that I have a nice grip, but is not overly tactile and therefore pulls right out of my pocket without binding.
And if you have any questions, the customer service folks are anxious to help. They are really good!
This is a wonderful case. I heartily recommend it.

The commuter protective case from Otter is an exact fit for the Moto G cell phone. I have had other cases that you could tell within minutes which of the port opening were going to fail over time by their design. The opening on this case are rigid where they need to be and flexible where they need to be. The clear screen cover is stronger then most and the raised rim the case provides around it provides extra protection to the glass surface of the cell phone.

The case does add a little weight & bulk, but feels secure when holding it. The only negative is the color, weird shade, definitely not steel blue. I gave it to my wife & took her white one. Wish there were more color choices.
