Great, but colors misrepresented

My case arrived today, and so far, it is working as advertised; I no longer have to worry about coating my back cover with fingerprints. The buttons are also harder to press, which works out for me because I kept accidentally bumping them.
The screen protector it comes with will cover the display; however, it does not cover the entire length of the screen. As only one side is rounded, approx. 1cm of the bezel is left exposed.
I ordered the lilac one, and discovered that it was much redder than the images indicate. Had I known the color difference, I would have purchased black instead.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: color misrepresented, screen protector does not cover entire screen

The case is great, but naming this color "steel blue" is very misleading. Instead it should say "baby blue" or "powder blue". I had to return it and get black because the color would be an embarassment in the business setting. Very disappointed that I also had to pay return shipping charges for something that was misadertised in my opinion.

I'm pleased with my Otterbox. The screen protector doesn't cover the entire screen (doesn't cover camera or speaker which makes sense) so it slides around some. One of the bottom edges got slightly bent. It does it job and does it well just not perfect. I would have liked additional color choices but that is cosmetic.

The glass protecting film came with two paper tabs stuck to it to facilitate application to the phone. Unfortunately one tab tore, leaving a blob of sticky paper on the film that rendered it unusable. Oh well, I didn't want to bother with that anyway. The case adds a lot of girth to the phone. I was impressed with the Moto G's elegant lines when I first got it. Now it looks like "The Affordable Transportable Cellular Telephone" circa 1980. I am confident I can drop the phone or bludgeon someone with it, and the phone will never break. So glad I got the "sleek" commuter model.

About one week after installing my commuter case, I was taking a picture of a gorilla at our local zoo, had my phone above my head, about 6 and half feet off the ground. The phone slipped out of my hand, dropped on a bench, bounced off the bench and hit the concrete floor. Not a blemish on my phone or my case, and the phone works perfectly. I feel the commuter case has already paid for itself.

I love my case. About a month ago I stuck my phone (with the case on) and my keys in the same pocket. Big mistake. The screen protector saved my phone screen from getting scratched, but my keys punctured the protector so there was a huge, ugly air bubble. After an easy ownership confirmation process, Otterbox sent me a whole new case even though the screen was the only thing that needed replacing. Customer for life.
