I got this for my birthday & good grades gift! I am 12 and i assembled this myself for a project in the summer. It took about 2 hours but it is worth it! I know i seem too old for this house but honestly, it is something to do! Now, i make youtube comedy videos with it!

This dollhouse is wonderful! It is easy to put together and all the decorations/furniture/doll family are perfect! My daughter received this when she was 11 years old. This was a perfect age! This is NOT a dollhouse for little ones - the furniture and decorative items are small and not meant for rough play - I would say a mature 8 year old would enjoy it and up to 12+ years old. My daughter is now 13 - the dollhouse has held up beautifully and she still loves to play and rearrange furniture in it! This item has an heirloom quality to it - we will keep it for her children! If you are a collector and have the space for this kind of dollhouse ( we put it on a little table and keep it there!), then you will love it! Like all dollhouses it does require space - so keep that in mind when purchasing! Enjoy! The best pre-made dollhouse we have seen!

Pros: My daughter absolutely loves it! It was easy to assemble; it took about 2 hours with my 3-year old "helping". The instruction booklet was excellent. All the parts were included and there were quite a few extra screws included - a nice touch. All the parts fit together well and all the pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly. The finished doll house feels sturdy. Cons: It is made from some sort of pressed/engineered wood - I expected "real" wood. It would be nice if the furniture sets were included.

I love it. I am building challenged but it wasn't bad putting it together. It took about four hours and I am still working on getting the glue off my fingers but I did it!! I am pretending I got it for my granddaughter but it is really a 'bucket list' item for me. Great product in every way.

Children would love to use this because this is such a great doll house. No girl would want to be without it. When I got this for my birthday I felt so excited. I thanked my mommy and daddy and then I started playing with it right away. I think I can pass this to my children. Girls would love this doll house a lot.

So far this have been a great birthday present for my daughter. From start to finish my little six year old was in on the build, with screwdriver in one hand and screws in the other. she was even able to follow most of the instructions in locating the parts, and installation on her own.

This kit was packaged fantastic and the plans were the easiest to follow. To me this is a great bargain and a long lasting dollhouse. No damaged or missing parts. This was a joy to put together. Would recommend this to anyone who is afraid to tackle a DIY project.
