Excellent Combo, Beware of Factory Sticker

I really love this smoker combo. It is what I always wanted. It replaced my old smoker of 20 years from (I don't know, it was 20 years ago when I bought it.)?? I cooked some mean steaks the first time today. I have only one gripe, the sticker label on the front face of the combo from the factory was glued on with super strong adhesive. Not knowing this, I peeled the sticker with only the top layer coming off. A thick white glue like substance was stuck to the front. I tried to peel the goo with a fine plastic edge, no luck. I tried goo-gone, little luck. I had to use a heat gun to remove it. During that goo removal process, the paint melted??? Seriously, it melted and peeled with the sticker. Not sure what paint was used, but the paint is not heat resistant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had mine for 4 years, it has worked very well. Does it have some design and sealing issues yes. Learn to work with them.

Great product

We have had this grill for 4 years and it is such a wonderful product. We have used it to cook for just our family and also for large parties of 30- 50 people without any issues. The first issue I have ran into is the heat tents rusted out this year. But other than that LOVE it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this smoker for over two years now and I am completely convinced that it’s the best. I have done everything with mine including chocolate cakes (recipe on Hershey cocoa can) and bread,(recipe on hillbilly kitchen utube. She’s a good girl, smart lady

I bought a 3 in 1 about a month ago and I’m sort of happy with it. The welds are crap and the kids do not close properly. I’m tempted to heat and rebend myself maybe I’ll hear back with a solution before I do it.
It’s a great price and i am ultimately happy with it. Just wish the quality control was a little better. I haven’t used the smoker portion yet but I am excited. I would buy this again ONLY if I checked the inside first.

Does everything it is designed to do and does it well! I have had my Longhorn 7 years and still love it. Makes a great smoker too. If you’re new to smoking meats go to the following web site: How to smoke meats/The Art of Manliness. Having been in the restaurant business for many years, if your new to smoking meats he is the best person to learn how and why I’m easy terms.

Disappointed in Product

Bought this grill for my husband for Father's Day in 2021 for our house that we were closing on in August of 2021. We took it out of the box in August 2021 and also bought the cover to protect it. We live in New England, so during the winter months we store it in the shed, and when spring comes around, we bring it back out.
I cannot express how disappointed we are with this product and the amount of rust that has developed. Given the price we paid and the care we take, this grill should not be rusting after not even three years of use. We are very disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this about 3 years ago. The burner mounts rusted out and have fallen in the bottom. Can’t get to a high heat.
