Awesome product

I've had this grill for about 2 years now and I live it. I can do anything I want with it. I've used the gas grill and charcoal grill parts the most. Recently I have started using the smoker and being new to smoking Meats it was hard to try it out. I have done a brisket and salmon that came out amazing, I am now trying to smoke a whole chicken. I would recommend this to anyone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good features 3 ways to cook

I have owned mine for 5 years now. The grill side is used 3-5 times a week and the smoker side once or twice a month, and even cook with charcoal quite a bit I pressure wash and re-season pretty regular. I’ve replaced the heat deflectors once and now the igniter needs replaced. The only complaint I would have, is a shelf on the front would be nice
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m disappointed in it’s durability

After less then a year the interior of the propane grill has rusted to the point where the heat shield ledgers have fallen apart as well as the flutes connection. I’ve religiously oiled the entire BBQ/Smoker rubbing it with grape oil and it’s under cover. I’m currently residing in Florida and originally from Northern Canada, I was expecting this to be less of an issue here.

Rusted parts not easily repairable

I loved the grill for the first 3 years. But, when buying one of these beware that the hangers for the burner tubes and the heat tents are fixed and once they rust you have to grind the old ones off and weld new ones on the grill box or drill holes in the box itself. Burner tubes, ignites and hangers will eventually need to be replaced. A horrible design.

This grill has to many openings for air to get in so it doesn't matter if you close the intake and exhaust the fire is going to burn at full tilt. The fire box has a big gap all the way around and the door to the fire box has a big gap at the bottom plus the door to the coal/smoker side doesn't close properly leaving a gap. This is unacceptable with the cost of this thing.

Bought this grill about a month ago. Seasoned it as instructed. The thermostat got to 300 and hasn’t moved yet. On the gas grill side thermostat does not work either. I have used the gas grill side4 times and grate is already rusting. The other grates also show rust. I have other smokers and grills. But I thought it would be fun to have them all in one unit. Good idea but quality and design flaws.

Poor quality.

I bought this yesterday. Before I even started assembly the welds holding the nuts on the legs had busted. the handle on the smoker was manufactured incorrectly and snapped while moving the grill into position 2 feet away. The burner side is unstable due the metal being warped. I’m disappointed.

Parts are almost impossible to get

I like the grill and the smoker but getting replacement parts is nearly impossible! I’ve looked repeatedly on this website for replacement burners, burner tents, grates and it always says “out of stock”. So basically this very expensive grill is good for about two years and when it starts to need repair you’re out of luck, it’s a big piece of scrap metal.
