Rusting out on grill side

Wish I read reviews here, my longhorn smoker grill is 3 years old and rusting bad . Hard to clean grease from bottom. Very disappointing for such an expensive grill. My past grills from other less expensive brands lasted much longer....also not easy to find parts... it just shouldn't be this hard. Streamline parts so they work with several models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost a great grill

I bought the longhorn model , and the burners and hoods pretty well burnt out after a couple years , I would've thought for a grill of this quality would've used a good stainless steel for them. It is a great model otherwise
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish the grills were better quality.. had to season them 3 times because they rust so easy.. can’t even find replacements

A good combo for the money

I have an older model from 2015 and still use it all the time. So far I have rebuilt the grease covers for the burners and the grease trap they rusted out in three years. I also have re engineered the grill rack holders since they were also built with junk thin metal. My grill stays outside all year long. I re paint when needed the wind has never flipped this beast over like other grills we owned. I would buy again when mine wears out.

Never had a better grill!

My wife bought this for me for Father’s Day! It is perfect. I have started to smoke ribs for the first time in my life and i5 is easier than I thought. I was worried about controlling the temperature but this grill seems to just know and using the damper feature on 5he side is very reliable.
I am outside cooking now 4 or 5 days a week and lovin* it

Where to get a replacement charcoal rack

Love my smoker grill combo but my rack that the charcoal / wood sits on has rusted and now not letting the air flow correctly under it . Do you have a replacement part number?

Hey guys i just started bbqing abou 4 yeard ago and was saving up for smoething that really popped i live in truro nova scotia and our options are many sometimes i just recentyly started a new job and seen the oklahoma style bbq i bought it few days ago n got it all set up for this weekend sbbq its a beautiful smoke i cant wait to learn more this summer about smoking really hppy with your guys product ty;)
