Not Good Quality

I purchased the cover a. Year ago and it began to tear within 8 months. I used some duct tape on the tears but the material became brittle. I need to purchase a tougher material but there are no comparable overs that is the same size. Why can’t they make a more durable cover.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t like the covers. Been through 2 of them. They just don’t last. Tear on the corners

I've had this grill for 3 weeks now. I've cooked Pork But, Ribs, Pork Steak, Chicken and more. This is the best grill I've ever owned and Ive had a bunch. Controlling the heat was a snap on ether side. The secret to this grill is read the directions, check out the recipes and follow them. Learn how your grill responds to adjustments while your seasoning it, not when you have meat on it. My old grills were ether hot or cold. you couldn't dial them in to the right temperature. Joe's worked perfect. The ribs fell of the bone and the pork butt was moist falling apart and melt in your mouth. This was well worth the money. I highly recommend you get one for yourself. You wont be sorry.

We bought this Longhorn
Daunting task during assembly but all in all completed in about 3-hours. Instructions were vague but a little common sense I figured it out.
After seasoning the unit we cooked a wonderful meal. Now we are ready for a summer of Smoker/BBQ/Grilling fun.

Does not cook even heat

I. Ought it three years ago used the gas grill so much it fell apart . Smoke box works good and charcoal side also , just doesn’t have an even heat on surface most of the heat is on the right side of grill , you have to stay on top of the meat and rotate it from left to right to prevent burning , temp gauges broke in the first year I bought it . I use it almost three times a week year round . Need a new gas grill for quick meals

I bought my combo grill 2 years ago and still looking and cooking like a mean machine specially on birthday parties or gatherings !!!!!

Love my grill

Going on the 3rd summer for my Longhorn. I use the gas grill not mostly. Direct charcoal grill secondary and smoker features only a few times. I've seasoned it as required - inside and out. I keep it covered. It has sat outside in Ohio winters. Minimal rust after this winter. I just seasoned it again and not a problem. The grill and all features work great. You can spend 3x's more on other brands. I'll keep my Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn.

Not Great for Smoking!!

I have owned the Offset Smoker for a few years now. I find that using the firebox to grill is the best part of the grill. On days that I smoke, I need to dedicate an entire day for smoking due to vast temperature changes. It is necessary for me to use an electronic gauge because the gauge on the grill cover is very inaccurate. I clean and cover the grill after every use, yet it still rusted in various places. I have had to scrape it and refinish it a few times. Way too expensive for these issues. For a few hundred more you could own a Big
Green Egg or Kamado Joe, which I will be purchasing in the fall.
