If I could take it everywhere I would

I love this grill. As a true Colorado high country outdoor cook, I BBQ year around in snow, 100 degree heat, and Sub zero cold. This is my second char broil grill and I love them both. I find that this grill ignites with ease every time and produces perfectly even heat. The sear burner is awesome too. I have a cobblestone patio and the wheels do great even for a 130 pound unit. I plan to maintain this grill and use it for many years to come. Please keep parts available for this char broil! I understand that things eventually wear out and if I can't buy them I will build them myself. Can't wait to get some accessories and cook even more outdoor meals! The ignitor rail in the front is a nice feature in that it is easy to see that it is working and a good place to ad a bit more heat. I have seen no signs of rust so far, probably because a well maintained grill is rarely cleaned and polished. I also use my non-pansy hands when I cook because fire is usually hot. I'm sure glad I bought this grill before I read the whiner reviews. I have a charcoal grill and a smoker on my patio from this company and plan to build my arsenal of outdoor cookery with these products.

This grill was a 35 year anniversary award from my employer. It works very well. I enjoy the searing burner. The food tastes great on it.

Love my Grill

I love grilling and especially searing steaks and chops on my 6-burner grill. I've fallen in love with outdoor cooking all over again since I got the new Char-Broil. I cook out as often as weather permits and can't believe the difference the sear burner makes in keeping meat juicy and delicious. I also enjoyed the rotisserie feature in broiling chicken. Wow! What difference in flavor since I used my new 6-burner over the past year. I recommend it to my friends all the time.

Had a 6 burner for probably the past ten years and it was the Best…until I purchased my new 6 burner this past spring…which is now the Best ! Easy assembly, looks great, built great…could go on and on !! Oh, old grill still in service..cleaned up… new guts and it’s on to my daughter’s home for their grilling enjoyment !!!

Have had a bit of a learning curve as to how long to preheat the regular burners and have recently turned on the Grill/Performance side first to brown the meat, and allowing the heat to radiate around with the lid closed for about 5 minutes before moving to the regular burners. The regular burners seem to take about 10 minutes to warm up, without the Performance side on. Have already had some awesome meals off of this BBQ, and look forward to many more! (Even did a stir fry for the wife the other night which was awesome too!)

6 burners plus side burner

It has very bad craftsmanship lot of issues with the igniter not making proper connection changed the battery a couple of times and no help the flame is very uneven very hard to cook some items end up under cooked and having to put food in oven for further cooking or else it would burn. Also one of my burners burnt off. Product rusting excessively
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Steaks

Love the infrared for cooking steaks fast and perfect, but also being able to cook other meats and vegetables slowly and without burning.
