6 Burner Grill is Lit

I love this grill. We don’t cook small so this size is great. No complaints about it. This is my second one and they even improved from the first. Easy to clean too.

The 6-burner Char Broil Performance grill is the envy of my neighborhood ! The looks, the ease of operation, the quality and results makes this grill the best yet.

We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please follow this link (bit.ly/2ZIuomu) for details on resetting your regulator and this link (bit.ly/2XVaBhY) for inspecting your propane tank. In some cases the issue can be caused by the connection from the propane tank itself. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to help.

Won't heat with all burners on

I bought this product about a year ago and it won't heat beyond 275 degrees when all the burners are on.... will hit 600 with only three.
Tried resetting the regulator and that did not work so I'm now stuck using three burners only.
The product is well built and I would give it a higher rating except for the heating issue.

Gets the job done

I love my Char-Broil grill, I only wish that the tents, burners and heat shield in the fire box would be made out of stainless-steel so that they would last long.

I have tried contacting char broil to return the veil because the burners don’t light up and they have refused to give me an exchange. Never ordering from them again. I rather pay a higher price and have a working product than this.

Great grill for the price. Sear burner could be designed a bit different, but overall a great grill. Large enough cooking area for my family get togethers.
