Low gas flow

First camping trip, this grill worked great. Ever since then the gas will not flow higher than the low setting. I have replaced the regulator twice and the hose once and used different tanks; gas flow still stuck on low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size

I've only been able to use it twice, today being the second time. I don't care to fill my house with fried food so always had a small grill set just outside. I believe this is the best one yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely Difficult to assemble

The instructional pictures make this very difficult to assemble. The holes on the back side of the bottom do not line up with the holes in the base that they are supposed to screw in to. Written instructions would be better than the useless pictures provided. An assembly video would also be helpful. I am unable to use my new grill because it is impossible to assemble.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When will you have parts for this product

I get this product 2 years ago. I used it everyday no one has the heat tent because your company hasn't had 1 in stock for over a year I guess you want everyone to buy a new one.

Lackluster Heating

I wanted to like this grill, but it just doesn't heat up past 250 degrees no matter what the outside temperature is or the propane setting. We have it at our cabin and it takes an hour plus to cook most everything we have tried. The only thing that is good about it, is that it heats evenly. I either got one with a factory defect or this product just isn't meant to heat past 250 degrees. I would spend your money elsewhere.

Sturdy design

I bought it to replace the Weber Q that was stolen from my porch. I secured it this time. I only wish it had a cover like my Weber did? Any chance there's something compatible?
