Tru-infrared is a game-changer!

We have owned this grill for 2 months and are very impressed with its performance. It gets very hot while still remaining controlled, and we are able to cook steaks, burgers, chicken, and pork with perfect results! We love this grill and would highly recommend!

Fabulous from using the side burner to boil crab legs griddle for starry shrimp to the best seared and juicy steaks

I purchased this grill last summer. I can grill steaks on this grill just like at a steakhouse. The high heat of infrared really makes a difference.I really love this grill.

THEY CHANGED THE GRATES SINCE THE 2ND ONE I HAD, BUT
THE CHANGE WAS DEFINITELY AN UPGRADE!

Great after slight mdification

I really like my SIGNATURE™ TRU-INFRARED™ 4 BURNER GAS GRILL after a slight modification. Now it cooks great and cleans extremely easy.

Great grill

I bought this grill a year ago and love it. Don’t have to worry about flare ups, very easy to grill hotdogs to thick steaks

I bought this grill two and a half years ago. The infrared plates did provide even heat distribution across the whole top of the grill. I found two issues though. First, it was hard to know if the burners were actually lit because you can't see the flames because of the infrared plates. Secondly, the ignitor button works fine but the plastic ring holding it in place is really cheap and cracked and broke within a few months. The ignitor still works but it just hangs down from the wire. Thirdly, the plates are difficult to clean. You have to wash them after every time you grill them and the small hole clog up. You sendup having to clean each hole with a toothpick (That represents several hundred holes for all four plates. I just removed the plates and started using the grill in a traditional way. Finally, I've kept the grill on a covered porch since the day I brought it home. It sits 8-10 feet back against the wall away from the screen. It's never gotten wet, but the "stainless steel" parts are all rusting. I wish I'd gotten a traditional grill from another company. The quality just isn't up to standard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Grill for the Price

I bought this grill a months ago and it has been a great investment. It cooks evenly and is easy to maintain temperature. The main thing is taking the time to keep it clean and it should last a long time.
