Great grill

I bought this 2 months ago and use it at least 3 times a week. I am very satisfied with it. I love the griddle top on the side burner

Best grill I ever owned

I found this grill by mistake at walmart after I had returned another grill that stop working after one use, and I have to say this is by far the best grill I've ever had. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly across the surface. its so easy to clean and maintain, I like how the lid is so heavy to keep the heat in overall the best purchase I have made on a grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well, but grates are AWEFUL

I've had the grill for a couple years now. Over all, the grill is pretty good. It cooks as expected and covers large parties I hold for kid birthdays and otherwise.I get a nice even cook. However, the biggest issue I have with the product is the grill grates. I've gone through 3 sets at this point in time in a little over two years. Since my warranty is now up, I'm going to have to pay for another set. I clean them properly and use a "soft" or "cool" brush as I'm supposed to after each use. Still, the Iron plating on the grates flakes off after a few months of moderate use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear of the issues encountered. To best clean we recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or grill cleaner. Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust. Best steaks I've ever made!

I needed a new family grill and wanted to try infrared. I was not disappointed! I grilled the most juicy, flavorful steaks I've ever grilled! I see my Char Broil lasting a very long time putting out some great tasting food for my family! The assembly was a breeze for my ten year old son and I.
I would recommend this to a friend!
