Nice features

The grill cooks food evenly without flare ups, even steaks and burgers, and keeps the food juicy. The side burner has a nice flat skillet for cooking as well.

Best grill I've ever owned

I've been grilling/smoking for years and this is the best grill I have ever owned. Whether cooking for two or for the whole extended family, I can put whatever I am grilling on and confidently close the lid. I don't worry about flare-ups.

Very happy with my infrared grill

Get it really hot and throw your meat on. turns out great. Don't put aluminum foil on the underpans. Sounds like a good idea, but it doesn't work. Takes too long to heat up if you do.

Great Grill...Infrared is key

This grill is definitely an upgrade from the 8 year old Commercial series Infrared I bought in 2009. Yes, that one lasted that long. They've redesigned the grate inserts and I think it will be easier to clean. The mounting brackets that support the internal parts looked to be of heavier gauge material and should hold up even better than the old one which, over time, rusted away. Locking casters are a nice feature and the wheels are bigger for easier rolling. Also, the new grill's side burner lid opens fully and rests on a hard stop instead of its weight being supported solely by the max extension of the hinge which was very flimsy on the old style. The only thing that I'm slightly perplexed by is my perception that the grilling surface area is slightly smaller than the old one. Both have 4 burners but this one only has three inserts over each of the 4 flame emitters. I didn't measure both before the old one went in the garbage truck though so not sure. Finally, the lighting system on this one is much better and it lights in one snap of the igniter. We grill about 3 times per week on average and this one gets the job done. I will always, always have an infrared grill on my deck. They are the best.

The design of perforated stainless in line with the grill completely avoids flare ups and allows controlled grilling of all kinds.

I have owned this grill for 6 years. I clean it once a yr. I have never had to replace a part. The infrared feature helps me cut the best grilled food. Never a bad steak or piece of grilled fish or vegetables even when all are cooked at the same time. No flare ups or burned food.

My Wife and I received this for our 60th birthdays.it is by far the best grill we have ever had . There is never any flare up ,food is cooked evenly,and you can even smoke meat on and all turns out delicious. Thank you for making such a great product Terry and Barb

Have had the grill for about a year now. It takes a while to get up to temp using the infrared plates, but it cooks great. Keeps flare ups in control. It is easy to clean.
