I have really enjoyed this grill. I had an older infrared(model 463250910) so I am familiar with infra-red grilling. I added the universal rotisserie to this grill and I had to install the non-rotor bracket to the inside of the firebox because if i installed it to the outside the right heater lid would not close.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After assembly, very simple, and initial seasoning, maple bacon, I couldn't be happier! I love the even heat distribution and lack of flare ups, except for bacon!! This replaced my prior Charbroil grill of 11 years....failed by my own neglect! A quality product, thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclosure: I was gifted this grille just before a major surgery which delayed my enjoyment. My grown kids assembled and used it several times first. When I got my turn I was very pleased with the quality of the construction and the ease of using it. The lower cabinets have a solid feel when they open and close. The burners lit right away. Grease collects in its own container. Burgers came out just right. Couldn't be more pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend cleaning your grill with a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

I've been using it 4 years and it's been working very well. Makes great burgers. Large enough for lots of food. Easy to clean, looks great, the electronic ignition works perfectly.
