Love it

I got the grill over 1.5 years ago and use it 4 out of 7 days a week all year long, and oil it every 6 months and have no rust like so many say. I cover it after it cools off and I leave it out on the deck all year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Chicken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this grill to replace an older unit that would flare up and burn my chicken. This grill works great. I have cooked cooked chicken thighs, boneless breasts and a tri tip roast; all of them came out perfect. There were no flare ups and no burned bottoms. The temperature gauge was right on the money. Great unit, I am really happy with it.

Stay away from Tru-Infrared grills!!!

My Char-Broil TRU-Infrared grill is very difficult to clean. Food gets stuck in the grates and the grates must be removed and hand cleaned often. The grates brake down due to rust quickly. We are on our 3rd set of grates and have replaced many other parts due to rust. This grill is over 4 years old and still looks great but I am going back to Weber and getting rid of this grill before it costs me even more time and money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear of the issues encountered. What all are you using to clean your grill? We recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or grill cleaner. We bought this grill a month or so ago and positively love it. My son had one similar and that's what made us look for one ourselves. Get the thing hot and throw your marinated steaks on for 12 minutes, yummy, very good grill.

A better quality product. Pretty good fit and finish. Great design keeps firebox and burners free of grease and charred materials. I think that is a 'value' at this price point when compared to other brands.

My Grill Master love it!

When the gigantic box arrived, my husband tore the box open and assembled it in no time. We have been using it every since. Easy to clean and to assemble. Not to mention it looks really good. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first gas grilled I have ever owned personally, I have cooked on other gas grills and they don't perform as well as this particular grill, in my opinion. I love the amount cooking space the 4 burner grill offers, which makes cooking out more enjoyable. I also appreciate the the stainless steel features which aids in avoiding potential rusting. I've also noticed the grill cooks more evenly than other grills I have cooked on. Another great feature about this grill is the electronic ignition, which provides quick and seamless startup for the burners. Lastly, the mobility of the grill is a welcomed asset for me personally because I need to move the grill to several different areas in my backyard patio, along with the swiveling wheels and the lock into place mechanism makes grilling, flexible and enjoyable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
