This is our second Charbroil barbeque and we love the way it cooks. Our first one was about 12 years old and started having ignitor trouble and uneven cooking. Rather than try to repair we chose to replace it, so glad we did.

Bought this grill 2 yrs ago and I'm already replacing parts. I have replaced the regulator and now have to replace the main burners and the infrared trays. I use my grill a lot in the summer, almost every day. I cover it after every use and clean it at least once a month. I owned a char broil prior to this with a cast iron firebox and it lasted right about 10 yrs. very disappointed with this one. Gonna have to try a Weber next I guess. Can't find anything char broil that is reasonable and built any different. I like the concept of the infrared trays but if you don't oil them every time you use them they rust and mine have already rusted through. I didn't oil every time but did oil them a lot. Just seems like a lot of work for not much difference in cooking. Also my thermometers on the outside have never worked. Doesn't matter what temp you set the grill on it registers 650 degrees F. Oh well live and learn.

Why did I buy this ? - Absolutely not recommended!

We have owned this product from last couple of years now. We clean it atleast once a week and it is stored in my "Heated Garage" and there is rust all over place. To begin, burners are cracked because of rust. When I close the flame, it never gets close and it keeps on leaking gas. There is a Rust all over the grill. I feel like I should have spent my hard earned money somewhere else... ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do Not Buy This Grill!

Worse grill I have ever owned. Requires and enormous amount of cleaning every single time you grill. Plus it smokes so much!

We're sorry to hear of the issues encountered. How are you normally cleaning your grill? We recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really simple to assemble. All hardware was included. Ive cooked steak, brats, pork chops on it already and love how even the heat is across the grates.
