Product is easy to assemble, parts fit well. Follow the directions on seasoning the grill and you will make some great meals. You could pay more but why waste money this grill has good bang for the buck.

I like this grill a great deal. It has very high quality materials and construction. It gets amazingly hot-hence the great searing. This is my second Char-Broil grill partly because of their longevity and support. Because the infrared heating is new to me I am still adjusting to its high heat capability. Cooking at low temperatures is where i need to adjust my grilling skill. But I have made progress and I love the grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great grill! Slightly disappointed on how it rolls

Everything about the grill has been great as advertised. My only criticism would be the wheel size that I overlooked when purchased. I roll this on my fairly smooth garage and if the floor isn't recently swept the dirt on the ground makes it hard to move. My last grill had bigger wheels and rolled over imperfections much better. I didn't realize it would be a problem ontil it assembled it and I tried to move it. If you don't plan on moving the grill its amazing! I have to move mine everytime I grill so it's kind of a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model is an ideal replacement for the grill we bought back in 2005, almost twenty years ago. We would have kept it but parts were getting harder to find. Connecting it to your residential natural gas line eliminates the need for a propane tank.

This is our 3rd Charbroil Infrared Grill. We love the Infrared feature to avoid flare ups. I don’t feel the grates are as nice as the ones on our previous grills.

Very easy to master

I purchased the product one year ago. Assembly took about 1 1/2 hours including the installation of the natural gas conversion kit (extra).
I’ve cooked steaks, chicken thighs and breasts, blackened fish on a griddle, and vegetables. Cooks great with good grill marks. The unit heats to 500 degrees F but when using only the far right burner it is easy to create a hot/cool areas to prevent burning. There are no flare ups do to the cooking design.
I wish the side burner was higher BTUs where a frying pan could be used.
Overall, I would buy again.
