This is our third Char-Broil (not by choice: lost our second one in a storm last year… )
Amazing heating and grilling abilities! The cooking space on this unit is awesome and we love the upgrades to the cabinet from our old version!

Great grill.

I received the grill in excellent shape. It took my about 3 hours to put it together. The instructions were fairly easy to understand. Once the base was built, it went much faster. Overall, the look of the grill is very nice. It is easy to use and start. Once started, the grill heats up quickly. It keeps a steady temperature and is easy to adjust while in use. The only reason I gave it four stars is that is does flair up more than the grill I used previously. It does cook evenly. It cleans up very nicely also. Overall, I would recommend this grill. This item was sent as a free sample in exchange for my review.

Solid grill

I have owned Charbroil grills in the past and this one seems to be of higher quality. I appreciate the internal components being made of stainless steel because I've had many grills rot from the inside-out. The grill cooks well and provides a nice even heat. The side burner works well and is convenient for side dishes, potatoes, veggies etc. I would have appreciated some accessories on the front of the grill (i.e. hooks to hold grill tools, bottle opener, etc), but the grill does not have these. Assembly did take the better part of 4 hours, working by myself. One issue I encountered during assembly was that the pieces in the directions were numbered, but the actually pieces themselves were not numbered anywhere, so I had to rely entirely on the pictures to figure out what pieces to use for each step. The hardware was labeled and came in a convenient, sub divided package.
Overall this is a good grill for the price and should last a little longer than the other, slightly less expensive Charbroil options.

Great Stainless Steel Grill with Even Heating!

The Char-Broil Signature 3-Burner gas grill is an excellent choice. The grill makes it very easy to prepare great steaks, vegetables, and sausages. I was very impressed by the heavy stainless steel grates and heat diffusing cones above the burners. They eliminate the need for lava rocks under the burners and deliver a very even heat for easy grilling. The burner control knobs allow you to finely tune the temperature of each section of the grill, and the thermometer on the lid lets you know if the grill is heated up. The grill exterior is primarily stainless steel and looks like a more expensive professional grill. The side burner is a nice additional feature and allows you to cook an entire meal outside.
My experience with this grill was not perfect, however. Give yourself plenty of time to assemble the grill (it took me at least two hours). You need two people to complete some of the steps, and at least one step (attaching the grease pan brackets) requires a power drill. One tip-make sure to feed the gas line to the side burner before attaching the control panel. The instructions are all pictograms, and the design seems to optimize the size of the shipping box as opposed to ease of assembly.
The materials and durability of the grill is generally good, but I did experience some manufacturing defects. One of the burner retention holes was not punched out. In addition, the black plastic on the grill lid arrived very dirty, and the doors on the front of the grill are not even. None of these are critical problems, but suggest that Char-Broil could improve quality control. Once you’ve got the grill assembled you’ll be very happy with it. I was able to grill really tasty meals from the first time I fired it up. The grill has allowed us to fully utilize our outdoor patio and been a centerpiece at family gatherings. Great grill

This grill is a great product. It is easy to use and heats up well. There were a few minor appearance issues. the top cover had chipped paint and has already started to rust. one of the doors s was dented out of the box. I like the
size and shape of the grill. It cooks well. I grill all year long and this is a good sturdy grill for muy family of 3. The temp gauge needs a little work as it already has moisture in out after only one week outdoors. I would recommend this grill to families that love to grill.

The Charboil Grill was Perfect! Super easy to put together, took my husband less than an hour! The grill itself heated up very quickly and cooked the ribs nicely. Loved the second shelf. "This item was sent as a free sample in exchange for me review"

This product was sent as a free sample in exchange for my review. I liked the appearance of the grill. The grill worked well. The first challenge was that the assembly directions were a little difficult to understand. Heat regulation was a little difficult. The sides felt as if they would bend, as we moved it. They did not, but it might be a problem. I loved the grease trap. After I got the hang of the heat regulation, the grill was excellent. The grill is easy to clean. I love this grill. The food comes out excellent. I gave it 4.5 stars overall. Everyone in the neighborhood was really impressed.
