So easy I could do it!

I haven’t grilled in over a decade, but when we got this new grill I told my husband I wanted to try it too. I’ve used it the last two nights in a row (burgers, then a steak) and everything has turned out PERFECTLY. Easy to use. No flare ups, which honestly threw me off for a minute... Evenly cooked, juicy meats. Yum. Gonna try scallops soon. I am so happy to be grilling again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Caught fire

After owning this piece of garbage for 1 year and being meticulously maintained it caught fire. Apparently spiders can get inside the burners and cause fire. Char broil would not cover this under warranty because it had expired 1 day before. Will never buy another char broil piece of junk again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Temperture Gets way to hot, it burns everything i try to grill.

I love this BBQ it's easy to use. I really like that you put the tank in through the front its so much easier than going around the back or the side. it's easier putting it together with two people and I wish the bigger parts were marked like they were in the manual. I like that it has the thermometer on the hood. It does get up to temperature really quick which is great but watch it when you are cooking. The overall look is sleek. Fits nice on my small deck. Was surprised how much food it would hold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does a great job and few, if any, burned meals

This is my second Char-Broil grill. In fact it is pretty much the second of the same model. The first one lasted 6 years before some heavy handed moving men destroyed it. I've only used the new one once but if it works as well as the first, and I have no reason to think it won't, I will be happy.

Smaller than the old one

I am EXTREMLEY disappointed in the new model and the size difference comparered to the old one. The 3 burner Commercial Tru-Infrared that I purchased 10 years ago has a considerably larger cooking surface than this one. I guess it can be chalked up to Shrinkflation. If it were the same size, I would have given 5 stars! I litterally cooked my old one to death! I grilled it nearly every day for 10 years.
